help... why can't i access Pinncle or hotmail from my house?

Msn/hotmail says i am not connected to .net messanger service. i am connected through a wireless network connection

does that explain why my hotmail/msn isn't working? how do i connect?

is that why Pinnacle doesn't work for me?

obviously this is very upsetting. i love gambling and can't put wagers in.

any computer guys around that may know what's up?
